  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  Return Policy:
  We are honest seller ,we will check all of our products before we post them to you,all dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

  We will accept returns if dresses have quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, but we offer free modify.
  Please see following for the list of quality issues that are fully refundable for:
  Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong style, Damaged dress- 100% Refund or remake one or return 50% payment to you, you keep the dress.

  In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:
  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving the dress.
  2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc.
  3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise， it will not be accepted.
  4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.
  5. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.
  6. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
  7. When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty.
  8.All the dresses were be made as more than 90% similar as the picuture ,because all these dresses are sewn by hand,not machine, so it is not the absolutly same since different ppl sewn dress.,but it wil not affect quality.if you request 100% same as the picture ,please don t make payment.
  9.Since computer screens have chromatic aberration ,especially between CRT screen and LCD screen,we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photos you see. And the same color but different fabric must has chromatic aberration, so if you asked us to return money back just because chromatic aberration, we will not accept.

  Cancellation Policy

  Order Cancellations

  We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. For further details, please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

  Our Cancellations Policy :

  1, Orders canceled after we received the payment will be charged 10% fee and buyer is eligible for a 90% refund.
  2, Orders canceled 8 hours after payment confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 70% of the product purchase price.
  3. Orders canceled 12 hours after payment confirmed will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
  4.After 24 hours of payment confirmed, your order can NOT be cancelled any more. We can only refund the full shipping cost!
  5. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
